Best Practice on National Criminal Database & Sex Offender Search
Priority Research conducts a true 50 state sex offender search by searching each states sex offender registry by the applicants name, as some states do not store sex offender data with Date of Birth.  We leave our filters open to include name only matches creating a true 50 state search. All matches are re-verified to ensure the match is for the applicant.

Priority Research also uses the last name and first three (3) letters of the first name, which further opens our filters to find matches and then we re-verify matches to guarantee and accurate search.

Best Practice on FCRA Compliance
Priority Research conducts a re-verification of any public data. This is keeping with the FCRA compliance requirements. We perform these re-verifications on any adverse information from a public source, such as National Criminal Database Search. Priority provides this additional feature at no cost to your organization.
