We take compliance very seriously. In addition to the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), our compliance knowledge helps you understand FCRA state analogues, driver privacy protection laws, international privacy laws, data transfer regulations, and other applicable federal, state, and international laws and regulations.

Priority Research has a complete Compliance department. This is one of our best practices to re-verify any adverse information found on a National Criminal Database search at no additional cost to you. We also specialize in DOT compliance testing as well as total administration of drug and alcohol testing programs by providing Third Party Administration, SAMHSA certified laboratory drug testing, and Medical Review Officer (MRO).
