Non-DOT Drug Screening

Priority Research is a third party administrator (TPA) and a full service "Drug Free Workplace environment" Company.

Priority Research assists in formulating and personalizing your Non-DOT program, plans and policies. We assist your staff and/or prepare your drug and alcohol plan for review by Federal Authority and your employees that are covered under the plan. Stating, When the testing is going to take place, How your company is going to conduct their drug and alcohol testing program and What the Consequences of a Positive Drug or Alcohol Test will include.

A DHHS certified laboratory such as Laboratory Corporation of America, (LabCorp), Quest Diagnostics or others will screen samples using only methods approved by the Federal government.

The labs chosen for your Drugs of Abuse will test for the five substances required by law.
  1. Marijuana
  2. Cocaine
  3. Amphetamines
  4. Opiates
  5. Phencyclidine as mandated by the DOT.
Medical Review Officer (MRO)
Test results will be reviewed by an MRO for the client's protection of the results. The MRO then transmits the results to the DER (designated Employer representative) and or their Service Agent.

Patient Service Centers (PSC)

On the Patient Service Centers Results Page, only the collection sites that begin with "Quest Diagnostics" are laboratory Patient Service Centers (PSC's).  All other locations listed are "Third Party Collection Sites" and subject to additional collection fees.
